GBOYEGA ADEBUKUNOLA, FCA, CPA, PMP - CEO
Gboyega Adebukunola holds a B.Sc Accounting (First Class with
honours) from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife (1990) and possesses over 20 years banking and
financial experience spanning the financial, construction, consultancy and pharmaceutical industries in
Nigeria and Canada. He is a fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in
2005, and an associate of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as a
Certified Project Manager (PMP). Gboyega is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of stockbrokers. He
has at various points, nurtured and managed varied multi million naira projects criss-crossing Software
implementation, Risk Management framework implementation, Data clean up, Due Diligence for M&As, SOX
certification and BPR.
He has excellent risk management, trade finance, treasury, financial analysis and credit analysis skills and
good ability to dimension and propose solutions to mitigate risks involved in complex transactions. Gboyega
is also a renowned trainer, motivator, mentor and respected leader. He currently holds a management position
at Wema Bank Plc and is the project lead for the restructuring project at the bank.
ORIADE AYOADE - DIRECTOR
Oriade Ayoade is an experienced Information Technology professional
with many years in design, development, implementation and support of enterprise systems. His experience
spans healthcare, banking, accounting, manufacturing and telecommunication systems.
He is proficient in several leading-edge systems development technologies (including C++, Java and .NET). He
has worked with leading Databases like Oracle, Sybase ASE, Microsoft SQL server and Informix. He has
delivered solutions that are currently in use in some big corporations across industries.
Ayo was part of the project team that implemented Phoenix Banking Solution for Zenith Bank, City Express
Bank and AIB. He worked with INFOSYS Design team in implementing Oracle Communication stacks [OCS / BRMS]
for Expresso Telecoms in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal and Mauritania. He teamed up with HU AWEI and Portaone to
deliver an LTE Real time Charging and Billing solution for contents and multimedia services. He was also a
member of the Design and Technical Service Delivery team of REMITA and participated in deploying STP to
about 15 major Banks in Nigeria.
Ayo, is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Chartered Institute of Taxation
of Nigeria (FCTI), holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Lagos. He is also a
certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Java Certified (SCJP), Oracle Certified (OCP), Certified
Information System Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM ISACA). He has attended
many technology training in the UK, USA, Dubai and India.
